well, protein being the building block for muscle, might be kinda hard lol.

You wont get muscle big, but fat big maybe.

Well, I use CytoGainer as my PWO.

and ProComplex as my regular shake.

I never ran an actually cycle, excpet superdrol, but I just upped my cals. Added a cyctogainer in plus PWO. cytogainer is high in cals.

also, you can use whey powder to make stuff like protein pancakes and such.

I did an all-whole foods cutter cycle once..worked well for me...even added some LBM in the process...its difficult to get all your protein intake in, but definitely possible if you are committed IMHO

look man it is not nesesary to take shakes in order to grow. you can eat solid food all day and make the grams of protein you need just from solid foods. im talking egg whites, tuna, turkey, chicken, steak ect. you dont need a shake in order to grow. however shake make it easy for people to get the right amount of protein needed in a day. but just because you dont take a shake does not mean that you can have solid gain.
look at it this way. a lot of people for cuttin in comp. dont even touch a shake and still look good keep their muscles looking hard and pumped. on the other hand when your bulking adding this extrea cls coming from your shake and putting some good carbs in there like dextrose this can be a great opportunity to absorbe that fast protein from you shake.

although protein supplements offer extra nutrients, whole foods (like meats, nuts, beans) provide phytochemicals that are essential for health.
