    Calling All Supps Gurus

Does red yeast rice and CoQ10 have a cancel out effect.

UpState Tank brought it up and I wonder if its true.

That taking both at same time, pretty much neglect each other and cancel out.

They neglect each other?!?! lol. Well, since the red yeast rice is supposed to decrease your ldl levels, and the CoQ10 is supposed to improve heart funtion, i'd think that a synergism is more likely than a negating effect.

ryr sometimes lowers coq10 levels in the body so its reccomended to supplement with it during this time as well.

most RYR has coq10 added into it now anyways
