hey guys i just bought whey protien. it's rated at 24g/ 30gram serving. it's got low carbs 1.4g per 30 gram serving. and i was just wondering how much gram/kg am i supposed to take? i do alot of cardio and push ups and situps.
i want to get cut but the doctor said i do alot of cardio and i need protien.. any help would be greatful thanks
p.s. i am not taking roids. just protien and tribulus
