I started taking amp pre work outs, and I have to say my cardio has never been better. I dont feel jittery, and it is a pretty clean feeling. I sweat my ass off during cardio, and days when I am not taking it, I find it hard to keep my heart rate up. Would it be ok to just take 2 everyday instead of the max amount 3 days a week? I wouldnt take any on the weekends, just mon-fri. I hear people saying take it only 3 days a week.
I love it too much and it really helps my work outs so does anyone think the effects will not diminish if taking small doses mon-fri?
