hey ppl, im new in the fitness world, im 22 years old, 5.9 tall, 150pounds, i have a little belly and some lats, i wanna get rid of them, i really dont know anything about this, so i need help, what should i eat? what do i have to do? what supplements to take? what excercies? what else?? thanks
