    Unhappy About cutting with bulking ?!!

    I want to know what is the best fat burner I can use while I am bulking up ??
    I am not taking any gears ... Just ptn. , creatine and glutamine .
    Body fat around 35 %.

    aigght man first with 35% bf i would strictly cut and get into the diet forum and check out the many diets on cutting.

    If u really want to bulk as fast as indicate above
    then u really need some real gear

    i started off at 31% and now im under 15 in around 4 months time. Hit the cardio EVERYDAY and get a clean diet with greens once a day if you can like a salad with chicken or something that way you still get some protein

    impossible mission my friend , first loose bodyfat , get down to somewhere around 15% , then you take it from there , your horizons will be widened .

    You CAN bulk and cut at the same time, it's just not nearly as effective as if you are bulking or cutting alone.

    With 35% bf I suggest cut. Take tons of protein, creatine, glutamine, EAAs, EFAs, BCAAs and a multi-vitamin to spare muscle. Don't take too much carbs.

    You can't bulk and cut at the same time. To burn fat, you have to burn more callories than you intake. To build muscle, you have to eat an excess of callories.

    The only exception is due to compounds like tren , var, ect.
