    Lightbulb SuPpLeMeNt TiMe!!!!!!!!!!!



    I've never really been big into supplements, mostly a rip off IMO.

    BUT now I want to blow some $.

    Here's what I was thinking,

    Protein
    Creatine
    Glutamine

    WHats the best protein now? I like the taste of muscle milk , but to many fat grams...Pro complex looks nice, but what about Nytro plex gf? Or is there a better brand? I WANT THE BEST! so do tell what is the best protein brand.

    Same goes with Creatine And Glutamine! Whats the best kind out there, No matter price!

    Wheres all the teenagers at who blow thousands of dollers each year on whats "hot". I want to fit in so do tell whats the best.

    I use dymatize whey. CEE any brand. glutamine is crap.

    best protein - Cytogainer by Cytosport. I love the stuff (1/2 dosages)
    creatine- CellMass by BSN
    glutamine- VPX's kinda

    Yeah glutamine sucks. I guess there's not much diff in supplements. CEE causes less bloat doesnt it. Well Thanks for the response I'll just get what i have access to.

    best protein- ON 100% whey
    creatine: sizeon if you're bulking....if not bulking than any CEE
    glutamine: I dont use it

    Protein--Cytogainer by far, but that has carbs also
    Just straight protein, and little carbs, either ON's Pro Complex or ON's 100% Gold standard

    Creatine---heard really good things about Cellmass

    Glutamine- do not get pills! biggest rip, cuz you have to supplent gultamine at 50g ED, and for my pills, its like 200 pills....its ridiclous...so get powder if you do get some

    You use 50 g of glut a day? What protocol are you following with it? Seems like overkill to me.

    use .33g/kg of bodyweight for glutamine well its charles poliquins protocol and maybe some others

    70% glutamine gets absorbed in the gut. So just taking 10g ED or whatever would be pointless. From everything Ive read and people on here, 40-50g ED is good.

    While Cytogainer is inexpensive and tasty, it should be used based upon your goals. For a cutter, PWO only. For a bulker, it can be taken more frequently to satisfy your daily pro/carb requirements. It contains way too much maltodextrin to be considered a real "protein shake".

    Mint Chocolate is good, though!

    protein - ids whey belgian chocolate
    creatine - just a plain powder cee, no bloat but tastes like stomach bile
    glutamine - ids glutamine with msm

    Alot of guys seems to use Cytosport, but i was thinking is their Muscle Milk any better with so many fats...

    1 dose PWO..... about the lean body mass or body weight im not sure probably lean body mass... i take around 40g PWO and I love it.... the reason i know it works for me is that i saw alot of people on here saying how it was crap so i stopped taking it and i started getting real sore after workouts...then i listened to an interview with keith dennis a supplement guru whos been in the business for 20+ years and he said glutamine is his number one supplement besides whey and multi...so anyway i went back on glutamine and i dont get very sore anymore and when i do it goes away very quickly

    The lifts I do are pushpresses or Inclines or bench....Hang cleans or Hang snatches or power cleans or power snatches.......Clean pulls or snatch pulls.........Squats. Very simple really. Not bodybuilder type material.


    Working good so far. But I change my routine all the time when gains slow down.

    1 tub Perfect Isopure
    3 jugs of Cytosport Whey Protein
    1 thing of CEE Creatine from prima force....Cuz its cheap lol

    Was gonna get CrE2 HCL from thermo life but to much $ for creatine...I hate creatine. But I will try once more.

    Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Powder (Strawberry) - in my PWO and breakfast shake
    Animal Pak - pre workout
    GNC Megaman Sport - 1 pill in the morning non-morning-cardio days
    1st Step Multivitamin - cardio days (it's free at the gym where the elliptical is)

    Glucossamine chondroiton and MSM
    Milk thristle
    ...and i might start taking fish oils...probly not though cuz I eat fish daily.

    it's a multi-vitamin. it's just the "Sport" version of the regular one. it's got some added stuff in it. i only take 1 pill (instead of the 2 per serving) since i'm using the animal pak (multi-vit, efas, bcaas, etc) pre-workout - no need for overkill on my kidneys

    You seem to have a good basic format for supplementaion, Hellmask. Careful letting those liquid aminos just sit around b/c I'm not certain how long they will stay stable in liquid form. Stay with food sources of protein as you have first and foremost. If you need any futher help dialing in your nutrition/supplementation just holla or pm me, Bro.
