SuPpLeMeNt TiMe!!!!!!!!!!!
I've never really been big into supplements, mostly a rip off IMO.
BUT now I want to blow some $.
Here's what I was thinking,
Protein
Creatine
Glutamine
WHats the best protein now? I like the taste of muscle milk , but to many fat grams...Pro complex looks nice, but what about Nytro plex gf? Or is there a better brand? I WANT THE BEST! so do tell what is the best protein brand.
Same goes with Creatine And Glutamine! Whats the best kind out there, No matter price!

I use dymatize whey. CEE any brand. glutamine is crap.

best protein - Cytogainer by Cytosport. I love the stuff (1/2 dosages)
creatine- CellMass by BSN
glutamine- VPX's kinda

Yeah glutamine sucks. I guess there's not much diff in supplements. CEE causes less bloat doesnt it. Well Thanks for the response I'll just get what i have access to.

best protein- ON 100% whey
creatine: sizeon if you're bulking....if not bulking than any CEE
glutamine: I dont use it

Protein--Cytogainer by far, but that has carbs also
Just straight protein, and little carbs, either ON's Pro Complex or ON's 100% Gold standard
Creatine---heard really good things about Cellmass
Glutamine- do not get pills! biggest rip, cuz you have to supplent gultamine at 50g ED, and for my pills, its like 200 pills....its ridiclous...so get powder if you do get some

use .33g/kg of bodyweight for glutamine well its charles poliquins protocol and maybe some others

Protein - Cytogainer as well
Creatine - Cellmass or PureMCC (by O Mega)
Glutamine - I dunno, I don't take it.

1 thing of CEE Creatine from prima force....Cuz its cheap lol
Was gonna get CrE2 HCL from thermo life but to much $ for creatine...I hate creatine. But I will try once more.

Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Powder (Strawberry) - in my PWO and breakfast shake
Animal Pak - pre workout
GNC Megaman Sport - 1 pill in the morning non-morning-cardio days
