labrade lean bar? how many kals really?
well it says
1 portion = 1 bar 72g
1 portion = 290 kals
30g protein
8 g fat
2 g carbs
whats up with that doesnt add up to me??

Probably because there's really 25g of carbs in it...then it adds up

i think they might use glycerin which counts as a carb but maybe they don't count it because it's a non-impact carb??? just a guess, but yeah, call the number on the wrapper, i called EAS to ask a question about myoplex bars and they were really helpful

It is the glycerin. Some bars show it as alcohol sugars. They will not produce an insulin response (supposedly) therefore they do not list them as a carb calorie. I think that they should as they are counted in the total cal count.
