I'm planning to get back on the ball. I'm little rusty on the timing of Creatine Ethyl. I've never taken this before & need to know the best time to take it. I'm also taking No2 as well that was left over. Another question I have is if dextrose is necessary post workout when taking CEE? Or should I just take CEE post workout w/ my shake? I kinda want to keep dex in there because it makes my pwo shakes taste like a chocolate shake. All help is much appreciated!!
