Creatine Ethyl Ester timing??Dextrose??
I'm planning to get back on the ball. I'm little rusty on the timing of Creatine Ethyl. I've never taken this before & need to know the best time to take it. I'm also taking No2 as well that was left over. Another question I have is if dextrose is necessary post workout when taking CEE? Or should I just take CEE post workout w/ my shake? I kinda want to keep dex in there because it makes my pwo shakes taste like a chocolate shake. All help is much appreciated!!

I take Creatine Titrate and it goes in my Post Workout drink on workout days. On non-workout days I take it approx the same time of day as if I were to workout.
Post workout you still need dextrose. CEE is no substitution as your body is depleted of glycogen and glucose.- Sweat plus sacrifice equals success. - Charlie Finley

Yes Creatine and Dex immediately following workout.
Bino thats a lot of CEE per day. Wouldnt 3-5gr/day be sufficient
