    Need a new pre workout booster

    I have been currently using no-xplode and I have really enjoyed it. I have tried AMP but it gives me too much appetite suppresion. I was thinking either Superpump 250, NO Shotgun, or Amplify 02. What do you guys suggest

    Why not and try eating a meal


    Get some protein and lots of carbs before your workout that is all you should need.

    i do get lots of protein, i eat 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 can of tuna before my wrok out. Thats about 54 g carbs and 60 g of protein...

    I dont think you need that much protein before you workout but if you are eating about an hr before you go i dont see why you need a "booster" . You go to the gym for one reason only, so when you step foot in that door you should already be ready. Just my option.

    I do sometimes drink a cup of coffee if that answers your orginal question at all.

    Yeah I like black coffee but some times the vasodialation effects are too much so the pump doesnt come on as hard.

    Miblerone is where its at, I want to try that!!!

    You guys are not helping out !!! but just teasing his effort....

    Hey duded, try a small spoonful of creatine be4 u hit the gym for about a month or so, and see if it motivates u to workout extra harder. If not then quit it and keep looking 4 a placebo that's work 4 u.
    Myself some creatine and glutiamine gets me going if i eat right, set my mine up, and hit the gym for 2 hrs.
    Do whats' best 4 u.
