Okay so I bought Cytogainer just to try it and see how I like it (delicious btw). So basically it's 4 scoops a serving, and 18 servings per container... Well that kinda sucks but here's what they say, take it 3 times a day??? Take 12 scoops a day? That's an extra 1800 calores and 150 grams of protein... Now that's pretty nice, but damn, I can't be spending 35 bucks every damn week... Would you guys suggest altering the amount?
