I used to use GNC whey protien.. It was a good stuff.. But I read that ON whey protien is better so I was about to use it....
But one of my friends told me that ON has another product which is much better called ProComplex....
What do you think guys ?? Which is better for bulking ?!! taking in consideration that I am little fatty and I want pure muscles with lean look...
I heard that you have to take some carb. after workout ?? Is this true ?? If so, what about taking ON whey 2 hours before workout, before bed time and after waking up before breakfast .... AND using 2 scoops of ProComplex immediately after workout ?!!! How is this ?![]()
