notorious_mem methyl-plex log
i started my methyl-plex today week one im doing 20 mg ,week two 30, week three 30mg and week 4 30mg.below is the list of my supplements im taking along with my methyl-plex.
Milk Thistle:1800mg/day
Hawthorne Berry: 1650mg/day
FF Niacin: 1100mg/day
RYR: 1200mg/day
COQ10:100mg/day(taken 1week prior + first week & First 2weeks PCT)
o.n protein 2 scoops 2times a day
n.o. xplode 2 scoops 20 minutes prior workout
l-arginine @l-ornithine 6 caps a day
for my pct i have c.e.e and clomid
week 1 day 1 biceps-quads 3 sets 8-10 reps
decline bench reverse grip bench press (first time doing this)

i guess i know why peaple use periods when they do there doing there weights below the exercise so sorry the weights are next to eachother and the exercises are right next to each other.

age 23 height 5'10 weight 182lbs ill have before and after pictures at the end of the cycle.

yesterday for my first two doses i took my first dose 2 hours before my workout and my second dose before bed.I had a headache for 2-3 hours after each dose.I also have had a sinus infection so who knows if its the methyl-plex or my infection?I had trouble sleeping last night but once again coullda been my sinus infection.

had headaches again today but went away after workout.has slightly came back. my cold is going away so im hoping for a better workout thursday since tomorow is my rest day.

i had a rest day today which i needed.These damn headaches are getting old i hope my headaches are from my cold but i had my cold for 4 days before i started my methyl-plex and i hadnt any headaches before the methyl-plex.

make sure to drink plenty...i'm currently on Superdrol and i found if you don't stay on top of your water intake, the headaches get bad i try to drink 1 1/2-2 gallons a day
btw did u like the reverse grip bench...its awkward first time doing it but you get used to it the 2nd and 3rd workout

today it seems like my body started adjusting to the methyl-plex( if i was to do it again i would start out at 10 mg a day my first week)My muscles feel like their hardening up and my pump today was very tight.I had a personal best on bench today.My only problem was i felt a little light headed at the end of my workout but a great workout none the less.i weighed myself today and i weighed 187.

i walked 2 miles tonight. im trying to do some light cardio once a week my bulking diet has put a small amont of fat around my a**omen area so im trying to do a little bit of cardio.

My pumps are lasting longer than they ever have.MY only complaint right now are my joints are aching which im thinking about adding a joint lube to my supps.My strength and size is diffently up which is making it great to walk in the weight room and bump my weight up that im working out with.

I felt unbeleivable power during this workout my bench blew me away.I felt like my decline d. b press i coulda went heavier but o'well.my strength was awesome,i bumped my dosage up to 30 mg today.10mg in the morning and 20 mg an hour before my workout.

wednesday november 15 i weighed myself today i am 3 weeks 2 days into my phera plex cycle and i weigh 201 up 19 lbs since i started the cycle.all in all my stamina and strength is better than i expected it to be.

oh ya only a brief battle with acne but acne has went away it wasnt very bad in the first place.
