    colostrum

    Has anyone on here tried colostrum cant seem to find anything on it. Everyone is going crazy over it here in the uk. its £30 for ten days worth! worth it or not?

    It was hyped here 3-4 years ago but havent seen any significant studies saying it has any significant effects. Just a waste IMO.
