Dextrose???
I have read that it is good to take dextrose with ur Post Workout shake because it causes an insuline spike and allows the muscles to absorb the protein better. Any truth to this???

Dex is old news bro, no need to gulp down 60-80 grams of pure sugar, everyone should see that not good for you. just eat something healthy like oats or something…

Still love my dex shake, both worked for me, just a hell of alot easy to pound my pro/dex shake.
