Well I was reading this site and making an order for my supplements at the same time, and I decided to try more then just protien and creatine for once. I've been out of lifting for two months and some change from surgery so I thought I want whatever will work the best, and well I think I probably just pissed away more money then I should have, like an idiot, anyways check it out.
