    Whats your favourite Protein drink?

Mine would have to be the Met-rx Packets, Berry flavour, so so tasty and includes metamyosyn protein blend, 3g glutamine, low in fat. one packet gives u 36.3g protein, 19.5g carbs, 2.5 of which suger, 1.1g fat, they are also packed with vitamins and amino acids.

Cost a bit though as I go through them quickly , you get 24 packets in one box, at a cost of 29.99 british pounds.

My second favourite has to be BSN Syntha-6 strawberry milkshake flavour.
This is a cheaper option then met-rx and tastes just like a real milkshake, even more so if you add skimmed milk, but I just use water in all my shakes.

    What does everyone else drink?

Butter cream sounds strange to me like!

Can I just say something about all these shakes pwo that is

Your all drinking pwo shakes which are really low in carbs.

Dont you feel better pwo drinking a shake with some carbs in it?

PWO straight after training is when ur body needs carbs as well as protein.

ALot of pro body builders will eat half a sweet potato straight after workout, if they dont get the carb source from the protein shake.

I just cant get away with drinking a protein shake like 100% whey with pretty much zero carbs in at after my workout, thats when ur body needs carbs just as much as protein.

    Bsn Syntha-6 gives u all that, 22g protein, 12.5 g carbs, only 1.1g fat.

Mus-L blast. contains lots of good carbs, and proteins. How do these people expect to bulk up without good carbs?

Yeah I know it is good, and has been proven.

But isint it really low in carbs, so it really is best for when doing competition diet.

Off season straight after a workout your body needs good carbs, just as much as protein.
If your not getting good carbs straight after a workout it can affect the outcome.

I add my own carbs as do a lot of others here, that way I can control my carb to protein ratio. I generally go 48g pro with 80g of powdered oats in shake. If im on slin ill use dex in place of oats.
