Help with supplements timing..... Need your feedback!
Hi guys,
I wanna ask you about the proper time of taking supplements...
First, I'll give ya my data:
I am 25 years - 190 cm - 100 kg - starting workout 6 months ago - no cycle history.
I'll give you my schedule and asking for correction...
I am training 5 days a week... One muscle a day.
Taking: 1- ON's whey protien gold standard
2- Creatine GNC powder
3- Glutamine GNC powder
The timing is :
10 gm creatine 1 hour before workout
2 scoops of protien immediately after workout
5 gm glutamine immediately after workout
5 gm creatine 1 hour after workout
1 scoop protien before going to bed
5 gm glutamine before going to bed
1 scoop protien when waking up
What do you think ?!!!
Also I think may be throwing some of Mega Mass 4000 like 50 grams 2 hours before workout and another 50 immediately after workout ... What do you think about this ??? ( Taking in consediration that I am fatty 35% ).

I'd take the creatine immediatly after working out with my post workout meal instead of waiting an hour. Also, stop wasting your money at GNC. Its the worst place you can shop.

that low dose glutamine wont do anything either a standard guideline for your PWO would be .33g/kg bodyweight for glutamine...you can try it, it helps my recovery alot

But I heard that protien competes with creatine for absorption so, for the best absorption you should wait an hour till protien is absorped ... Notice that I am using a powdered creatine monohydrate not capsule or CEE
And also what do you think about Mega Mass 4000 ?!

Do you mean kg of body wieght or kg of lean body weight ?!!! Either are too high dose bro
