Stacker 3 XPLC
Hi,
I really wanted a good fat burner and went for Stacker 3 XPLC, which has 200mg of caffeine per tablet (3 tablets per day makes it 600mg caffiene per day!!!!)
Im not a coffee drinker myself and never have consumed caffeine in large amounts.
Im currently taking the recommended dose of Stacker 3 XPLC, and i really like how its making me more alert and concentrated in the Gym, but i cant get to sleep at night!!
As ive just been on it for one day so far, should expect my body to get used to the caffeine, and i will fall asleep as normal?
Also has anyone used Stacker 3 XPLC here? how were your results?

when do you lift during the day cus if u lift at say 3 everyday then i would take two doses and see if u can maintain the focus with just two doses.i have trouble sleeping on caffeine so i stay away the best i can.

I lift at 5pm on the weekdays.
I think just taking 2 tabs might be the better option, instead of the full dosage of 3 tabs.
Ive just checked my heart stats on my monitor, just taken my 2nd tab at 3:00pm and now its 3:55pm and the stats are as follows:
HR: 111 per min
BP: 147/109
this is scaring me abit now!!!!!!!

i think youll be fine your bp is diffenetlly high but i would knock your dose down try taking one dose for a week and see how that feels when your body becomes used to it up it to two doses.My buddy almost od'd off of yellow jacket pills but he took half a bottle in a day.What a dildo.I wouldnt do any cardio until your numbers come down a little though.

Ive tried the stacker 2 original with ephedrine. U think the caffeines bad, I used to take two pills a day one when I woke up at 7:30 and another before I went to the gym, to make a long a story short I was shaky as hell and could not fall asleep till at least 2:00 a.m. for the first 2 weeks.
Keep with it man, you will see good results just don't overdue it.
