    BSN products

    All of my BSN products recommend taking things like, noxplode and cellmass on non workout days. I now do a one on one off routine and with the price of noxplode and cellmass, I don't think it is neccessary to be wasting servings on non-workout days. Why would I need a pre workout energy drink if im not working out, and whats the point of taking cellmass if I didn't do a workout. Is it smart doing what I am doing? Or should I be taking them on non-training days? Same goes with nitrix and Axis HT.

    Also for the 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off that BSN recommends with their products, can I run them longer seeing how I am not taking the normal dosages?

    with the n.o ur body is supposed to build up a tolerance with it if used everyday up to 12 weeks i believe.I personally use my n.o only on workout days.On the cellmass considering its creatine you should use it everyday to keep the creatine in your system.Though the more research ive done the more ive began too relize how overpriced bsn really is.My order of supps i just got in were half of what i would have paid if i bought bsn brand.

    does creatine necessarily have to be taken everyday if your going to take it?

    Many people believe that you need to take creatine everyday to keep your creatine levels topped off. We do not see the research that proves this to be true. If you are taking creatine for the muscular boost in energy, that taking it just on workout days should be fine.
    This is from the http://www.absolute-creatine.com/ website. I would take it everyday, but cellmass is expensive, but on the other hand it is really effective. So should taking it on workout days should be adquate enough?

    we need a supp guru in here for this bro. i personally take my creatine everyday but i understand why u wanna take it only on workout days if it works as well.its crazy expensive
