    Does anyone have any info on the effectiveness or Carb Blockers? Anyone used them?

    I have used the carb blocker in northern kidney bean extract. I think its called Phasolonolium(spelling). It did not do much for me. The research on it suggests that it only works with starchy carbs and only very small amounts in the dosages that are in most products. I took big doses and small doses and never got anything.
