    i take noxplode be4 a workout and muscle milk after the workout what would you guys so about that combo?

    It all depends on your goals.

    muscle milk after workouts is not good IMO....it should be pro/carb.....not fat

    if you like the taste of muscle milk try cytogainer, its pretty damn tasty and it has a bunch of carbs good for PWO

    I agree wholeheartedly. Fat slows down the digestion of everything in your stomach and that is no good postworkout. Stick with protein and carbs for recovery and quick absorption.

    As said above...

    If not a pro/carb drink, then real food will also work (again, no fat).

    No...as far as I know we never pushed it. I think it sells via Word of Mouth.
