Shark Cartilage

I have never heard of it before, but a friend ask to find out if it really works. According to him it is suppose to ease joint pain. Can someone tell me something about this supplement?

Shark cartillage is said to ease joint and muscle pain. It's also supposed to be good for the skin and fighting cancer(after I researched the cancer theory, I found that is based on a generalization of facts and in some instances, a fabrication of findings in marine biology. Not to be taken seriously)

I've never known anyone who's taken it so I can't recommend or advise against on the use for joint and muscle therapy.

I say, stick with Glucosamine Chondritis and Ibrofen.
