Never in any of my experiences (4 years) with whey protein have I had this happen to me. You may want to think about changing brands if this is a reoccuring issue.
Creatine Monohydrate in its purest form is the same regardless of who makes it. The only thing that may vary across the different manufactures is the amount of creatine per serving. Unless you're rich, I would recommend that you begin shopping elsewhere. GNC is entirely too overpriced to continue to shop there!
creatine monohydrate quality actually varies a lot, since it is almost exclusively made in china (there is some german material). Micronization does make some difference in uptake as well.
Reccomend CEE over monohydrate (make sure you get material tested by chromadex)
agree that GNC is completely overpriced and quality is certainly not the highest.
Never noticed that either. You can try shaking it before you use the first time, as sometimes they add things to whey.Originally Posted by kostakv
The GNC creatine is fine...Although I prefer CEE.
