Is Muscle Milk any good?
Has anyone used this product and if so how do you rate it.
I was checking up on it last night , but there seems to be a high amount of fat per serving. like 8g or something.
I prefer to use protein powders very low in fats like 1.1
Anyway comments on this product please.
Thanks

Tastes really good. Something tasting that good cannot be that good for you. If you take the recommended two scoops and mix it in with skim milk, then you might as well go down the street to McDonalds for a small milk shake. The macros and calories would be just about the same (minus the protein)!
Try it if you like and monitor yourself to see if it's doing anything good or bad for your physique. If you're on a strict cutting diet, then you might consider this to be your cheat meal every so often. It'll help keep you sane!

To much fat. The only thing good about muscle milk is its taste IMO.

it is good, but not orgasmic tasting. BUT, if you take some chocolate regular whey, with no fat choc milk, and peanut butter = mmmmmmmm and better for you

I mix 1 scoop of it with my true blend, helps the taste a bit, but overall one of the best off the shelf. If you diet clean enough the fat shouldnt matter.

Try this, you'll love it:
Bomber Blend Protein from DavedraperDOTcom. Tastes fantastic, mixes easily in water without clumping up, reasonably priced, no gastric distress. Been using this stuff consistently for the last 3 years and won't use anything else unless I'm in a bind.

I've been using Muscle milk for about 6 months. It tastes good I am looking to put on weight so as far as cutting down goes I am not worried. However, I did notice I would feel a little bloated after drinking it.
