    Recommended supps for a beginner.

OK this is my first post so bare with me.

    Stats: 20yrs // 5'11 // 143 pounds.

My target is to gain weight mass, and to improve on my muscle overall.

What are the recommended supps available for mass gainers.

Im thinking about buying CytoSport // Sizeon // BCAA Super Whey // Muscle milk // Vitargo cgl and some Animal pak.

Would this be a good choice for a beginner ?

Keep the Whey and Animal Pak. Forget the rest. Add a basic creatine. Your most important supps is food. With proper diet you should add 20-30 lbs lbm in a couple of years easy.

    Welcome to the board bro...

Like Johnny said, the most important things are going to be a multivitamin and some whey protein. I'm a GNC multi man myself, but to each his own.

Everything else you should be able to do with real food. However, I see nothing wrong with having a cheap weightgainer on hand just incase you find yourself in need of some quick calories.

Good luck bro. Post your diet in the diet forum if you need help.
