Animal M Stack + Animal Pump

Ok so I got these 2 things for free the other day from a buddy of mine, he said he didint want them, never opened. thought I might give it a try... its like 19 pills all together...

since anmial pump is a creatine with a bunch of other lil things... not toaly sure what the M stack is though...

it was free.. so why not?

if you guys could give me some quick info on both of the supps, and can i stack them? and is it worth it?

Animal M Stak is a pre WO supplement designed to be used with Animal Pak. It's supposed to boost your natural testosterone production while blocking testosterone to estrogen conversion. You're supposed to take one M Stak pack with one Animal Pak 45 minutes before you work out, but I found that 90 minutes worked better for me. Anyhow, I don't think very much about this supp. 'cause it didn't do jack shit for me. But what the hell, it was free for you, right?
