Hydroxy Cut
I know its not AAS but its an OTC diet drug. I bought some and after reading on the threads about ECA and other stimulants i had a question. Is Hydroxy like Clen and others like it that i should cycle it (days/weeks on and off) or should i just take it daily?

it is not like clen or ECA. Unforunately it used to be ECA but after law change it is an inneffective version containing at best questionable ingredients. I would use it to boost energy pre workout but thats about it.

ok no disrespect to ya'll but i dont know why everyone hate hydroxycut. i have been taking hydroxycut hardcore for like 6 week an i have lost 10lbs an like 5% bf. now i know there is nothing more important than diet and rest but im currently deployed here in afghanistan and i eat what the dfac cooks an i dont rest as much as i would like to recover. but i do what i can an im seeing results so what is the reason everyone nocks this product so much. an i would like to know what you'll think of SAN Blaze Extreme. thanks bro 's

Some people prefer on/off usage, in an attempt to maintain the product's efficiency. Others elect continual usage, some of whom notice diminishing effects, while others do not. Also a first generation antihistamine like Bendryl will refresh/upgrade the absorption site (Beta receptors), should you elect continual use.

That's not true. It's not nearly as effective as the old ephedra version, but it still does help. Not just Hydroxycut hardcore, but there are some others that are not too shabby. But again, none are as good as the old ephedra versions, but not worthless either.
