    Supplement Schedule, what do ya think?

    1 Tribex 250mg
    Breakfast-
    1 Flaxseed Oil 1000mg
    1 R-ALA 100 mg
    2 Green Tea Pills 315 mg


    Mega Gainer Shake


    Lunch
    1 Flaxseed Oil 1000mg
    1 R-ALA 100 mg


    Protein Shake


    Supper
    1 Flaxseed Oil 1000mg
    1 R-ALA 100 mg
    2 Green Tea Pills 315 mg

    +½ hour
    1 Animal Pak

    One hour before workout
    2 Tribex 500 mg

    Pre-workout Shake
    Creatine 5g

    Workout

    Post-workout Shake
    Creatine 5g

    Two questions i have, Do you take Tribex on not lifting days (or are there any of the supps i dont need to take on off days?) And is the Tribex a high enough test booster that i need to get something to come off of it to restore my test levels?
    And i dont know if Green Tea is a legit supp or not, but it was on the top 10 list in the new body building mag and it was only like $2 at the store. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

    wow.. your making GNC very happy... bro dont follow those magazines.. you think Jay Cutler is mr.Olympia becasue of gakic. seriosly man..

    Tribex is just a test booster... i dont see any results with those hardly anyone does..

    The animal pak vitamins i would take in the morning..

    green tea pills are just the green tea ingredients in pill form.

    ha, i dont shop GNC, i go affordable supplements, and well i already bought all of it so i might as well use my months supply i guess and learn from my mistakes! Any reason on why you would take the animal Paks in the morning??
    Oh, and i know jay cutler doesnt get big on that stuff, and i'm a lee priest fan anyways!
