I took cell tech for awhile, it worked good. Held a lot of water while on it. I stopped taking it b/c I just dont like muscle tech, seems like they come out with a new supp every other week, and they all claim all to do the same thing.
I liked cell mass alot better. Made by BSN, I would stack it with NO Xplode and I think thats where I would get my best work outs.
I personally dont like taking creatine, just b/c if I stopped taking it for more than a couple days, it seems like I lost all I gained.

Cell tech is the only creatine I use. I did like phosphogen by EAS but I can't find it anymore.

Vitargo CGL is the best creatine supplement, bar none! If you don't know the benefits of waxy maize starch over dextrose to spike insulin and load creatine, then do some research. I've used Cell Tech, Phosphagen, Betagen, Cellmass, NO Xplode, and Dymatize - and they all suck compared to Vitargo. I recently bought a bulk pack of BCAA and CEE powder. Gonna add those to the Vitargo post WO as an experiment of sorts.

You can buy Vitargo (waxy maize only) or Vitargo CGL (waxy maize with creatine monohydrate). I know that CEE is superior to CM, but I've never had any complaints with the CGL. I recently added powdered BCAA and CEE to the CGL, as an experiment of sorts. I'll post the results after a week or two...
