My YECA Stack
Here is what im planning to stack for my fat burning process
-Yohimbine HCL
-Ephedrine
-Caffeine Citrate
-Albuterol Sulphate
my question is, how much of ephedrine do i need to run a day ?
im running Yohimbine at 10mg/day, Caffeine at 200mg/day, and Albuterol at 10mg/day.
and i would also like to hear the results from anyone who cycled this before.

albuterol and ephedrine should not be run together, much in the same way that clenbuterol and ephedrine should not be run together.

They are absorbed the same way, and necessarily compete for finite number receptors.

carefull with Yohimbine HCL, i heard it can make you feel a bit sh1tty

these guys are right...it is pointless to run E with albuterol....they do fight for same receptors, its like taking extra shit and not needed it....
anyway, i have had great success with the old xenadrine forumla, once that got banned i did everything by itself...
yohimbe is AWESOME..i repeat AWESOME and i take the 25mg of E with 2 caps of LIPO 6 (synephrine-kills the appetite and caffeine) and i take double the amount of Y (20mg) and it does make u feel shitty at first but those effects subside quickly...
5'11 and was 250 pounds, i lost the 50 pounds within 2 monhts of low carb and 30 mins of treadmill walking/jogging a day (5 days)
the only prob with taking a stack full of stimulants is that once u get off u are prone to put the weight back on quickly which is what happened to me (i put like 30 of it back on) so i'm back on it and now i'm down 15 pounds in 2 weeks so i got about another 25-30 pounds to go...good luck

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS i became a ****in fat lazy bitch again...i stopped cardio and went back to my old ways of eating pizzas and mcdonalds everyday......seriously, not joking around thats what happened, i was like a ****ing crack addict who got clean and then went back so it has nothing really to do with the stack just the lifestyle however....when ur body loses weight THAT FAST like it did with it trys to readjust itself back to its normal weight...the best way to lose weight is slowly over a longer period of time and get your body into a routine but of course i didnt want that....
i wanted to lose the 50 pounds within 2 months because i was going back to colege and wanted to impress, etc. so thats my story! but i will tell u this, there was nothing like getting on the scale every other day and watching your weight drop by 2-5 pounds on average, havign peopel tell u that u lost weight and of course having your parents thinking you are starving urself.
