Hi guys i am allergic to dairy, and whey gives me problems as well because it is a dairy derivitive. Anyways for pwo i want to either take bcaas or an amino acid mix. Which would be better for pwo i have found both of these products and they are all dairy free and are free of other allergens too. So what would benefit me more bcaas pwo and maybe ill add some extra glutamine, or a strait out amino blend thanks guys.
