measuring ala

I got ala powder didnt come with any scooper , so I figured 1/4 of tsp would be around a gram anyone know for sure? Also I took it with water burned like hell any suggestions and can some one post a link to where I can get materials for capping them myself.

my l-carn bottle says 1/4tsp = 750mg. 1/2tsp = 1.5g, but I am not sure if the same goes for ALA.

it's supposed to taste like acid... you have to down it quick after dumping it into your mouth... forget capping supply.. save the money and buy some protein with it...

where did you get it that it did not come with scooper...
