They are most likely talking about the first generation prohormones like androstene. 1 test and 1 ad are working for nearly everyone that tries them. Prohormones gains won't compare to a dbol/deca/sus/fina cycle, however they can compare to a deca cycle. Go to bodybuilding.com and read a little bit, you might change you're mind.
