Should I take a break from taking my vitamins/supps.
I have been taking Animal Paks for at least a year, in that time, i have missed maybe 2 days of taking it. I dont feel sick and dont feel as if it isnt effective. I drink lots of water, at least a gallon a day. But i was wondering if people generally take time off from there multi's.

No real reason to take a break from multi's IMO. Your body needs those nutrients - even moreso if you are working out. Keep poppin' em.

IMO
Animal pak suck because they are WAYYYY to much vitamin in one shot.
I would get a just a regular multi vitamin at your nutrition store.
They seem to have more tolerable amounts of certain vitamins.
The ones you really need to look out for are A,D, E, K
because those are FAT soluble, so it is possible to overdose.
Watch out for for Niacin too.

too much supplement minerals can lead to kidney stones. Even with vitamins / minerals...too much can be a bad thing. i myself like to reserve maybe a week every so often ....and during this week..i take nothing..no vitamins..no supps...just a week of rest ...from everything:P

i take half the amount of serving size of animal pak a day.. in other words, only one pack (11 pills) instead of the serving size (2 packs, 11 pills)
it still makes my P glow in the dark tho haha
