    Cool BCAA's

Iv'e been taking them for about a month and I usually take two capsules when I awake in the morning, two more after a workout, and two more prior to sleeping. Depending on the usage for your brand, I'm taking Optimal BCAA's, I was recommended these directions from previous sources.

bcaa-branch chained amino acids consider them a building block of muscle. Its a very popular and most say a critical supplemement.

BCAA's aid in preventing musclular catabolism thus making them a staple supplement (more so when one is cutting due to being in a calorie deficit)

Dosage wise its across the board.
I took mine: 4.8g immediately before workout, and 4.8g immediatly following workout
On off days I took it 4.8g immediatly upon waking and 4.8g immediately before going to bed

I can tell you I've read about a few members on here megadosing BCAA's (20g+ per day) and for my next cutting diet I plan on taking 20g/day

BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids, not branch chained) are necessary to build muscle. They do so by increasing nitrogen retention and inducing protein synthesis.

i take my BCAA with some L glutamine, glutamine peptides, and arginine...amazing stuff when put together. I will always be using BCAA and glutamine along with a multi-vit, calcium, glucosamine/chondroitin/msm, and vit B complex.

The BCAA, glutamines, and arginine is all powders mixed in sugar free drink mixes. I take it Pre and Post w/o.
