what im taking *critique*
ok so past year ive been taking just protein + i have done 1 bottle of tribulus + 1 month creatine (not long enough to be of use) ok so basicly i been not doing everything i needed to, but i sharpend that up and for the past 2-4 weeks i been getting that in order.
ok, protein shake when i wake up.
multivitamins after that shake. *not going to mention exact times ect*
lil while after i have 2 vitamin C tablets *not sure on dose just bought today*
im having protein shake before the gym, and i just added in today. L Carnitine, yes its best for cardio but i decide to try it with weights aswell says to take with a meal so i take with my shake *give me ur thoughts on the L-Carnitine.
while i workout i drink this stuff with my water called Cell Optimizer, its a creatine its mild and a light dose and it contains vitamins and i think glutamin.
Then i eat straight after and or have a PWO Shake.
and i snake a few times a day on those little bars. the diet bars that have protein/carb/ 122cal *they arnt a big deal but just mention
also im suggested by a x olympic athlete to take magnesium i beleive or and potasium is evil. is that correct or is it the other way arround and what are your thoughts

Well no need for a shake when you wake up get a real meal in. I like bcaa's, glutimine and creatine. I think alot of supps are crutches or used as such. I would drop the bars and just premake your meals so you can eat them all I use is
protien
glutimine
multi vit
bcaa
creatine.
just my thoughts most supplements are uneeded you should get most of your nutrients from meals

i dont substitute the meals for bars. just somthing i snack on to get my cals up high not sure on total intake atm. doing a exact diet soon for 07. so yeh i aint really using supps instead of meals. but i wanted to get the basics down pack that i should like the vitamins + creatine and protein. im not big on supps myself.

Dump the bars and the Tribulus, look into these:
Cell Mass
NO Xplode
These have your creatine and glutamine in them already, plus some other stuff. Good for putting on some size. Stay on them for at least two months though IMO.

im not doing tribulus. the bars are just a extra snack. for protein and carbs. somtimes before the gym somtimes in the morning. only 1 or 2 a day. not sure how many G of fat it might be 10 and i feeling fat on my chest so i prolly should drop the bars.
im going to finish my creatine its a light one but its good and i got it reliable source. after i finish the container i am going to do a heavy strength creatine. and whats glutamine good for again? after workout? or before?

lol dood u begged me to chek this and i did nothing special improper use of shakes and not really anything important on sups since u dont even knwo the dose of ur vitamin c or if it has an ester on it u dork! lol =p

I think you probably mean you haev 30 tabs of 500mg vit c. Now the advice I can give is not to take both vit c tabs in the morning. Vit C is a water soluble vitamin so its not stored in the body and excreted when you go to the washroom. That being said its always best to space them out throughout the day, same with any extra B vitamins you take.
Also ditch the pro shake in the morning and get your body started on some real ass food. Also ditch the bars for sure. You dont need snacks cuz you should be eating every 2-3 hours.
As for supplements you can use a good protein powder, egg white or casein derivatives etc. Use BCAA's for sure and maybe a good arginine and creatine if you want.

well i still eat a good 5 meals a day. i just have a few bars too. like if im not going to get to eat exactly on time. or feel hungry before its time to eat, i just have one. but im going to cut them out for now.
im going to finish my vitamin C (like 20 tabs left)and get some higher strength ones. i just got what ever the chemist gave me at the time so i got somthing to use before i found out what i needed. the multivits too i spose.
im the type that cant eat within a hour of wakeing up thats why i usually shove down a protein shake, but i will try and eat some whole foods from now on.
the weak creatine i will finish then start some full creatine
bccas i cant figure out exactly what it is a ammoacid. so thats the same as the l-carnitine? but better.? i saw these l-carnitine at my old gym when i went to see all the guys last saturday and decided to get a box. only 60 capsules and like 3 a day so they will burn out fast. correct me if im wrong the bcca's does simular to the l-carnitine?

no true diet layout as yet. just alot of chicken and generally good food.
no crap. at the moment i do have fast food once or twice a week when im real busy. but i got to cut that shit out completely i dont even like it. infact i dread every time i got to eat it. but im sure its better to eat somthing somtimes then not eat for half a day.
