I think you probably mean you haev 30 tabs of 500mg vit c. Now the advice I can give is not to take both vit c tabs in the morning. Vit C is a water soluble vitamin so its not stored in the body and excreted when you go to the washroom. That being said its always best to space them out throughout the day, same with any extra B vitamins you take.
Also ditch the pro shake in the morning and get your body started on some real ass food. Also ditch the bars for sure. You dont need snacks cuz you should be eating every 2-3 hours.
As for supplements you can use a good protein powder, egg white or casein derivatives etc. Use BCAA's for sure and maybe a good arginine and creatine if you want.
