    Question r-ala and how much

    I just ordered some r-ala and with all the info on this board about it. I still can't figure out what the proper dose would be. Some say 500mg ed and take the first 300mg with carb intake and 200mg through out the rest of the day. Others say 1000mg ed. So whats the deal ???? How do you take it ?

    Thanks enrage, Are you saying take only 100mgs. a day or each meal ?
