    Pre-Work Out Boost Supplements...

    I just wanted to know if there are any supplements either thermogenics or other that I can take to get a boost before work outs. I've had a tough time getting in the gym after work everyday because sitting in traffic for 1+ hour after work really seems to drain me. Moreover I've been seeing less sunlight as its dark when I go to work in the moring at 7AM and its dark when I leave at 5PM, seems I've been suffering with slight winter blues depression in the time change. I'm planning to start a cardio routine at 5AM starting tomorrow morning and follow it with a strength training routine in the PM after work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    when i'm feeling weak and sluggish i just take a couple caffeine pills, that always helps w/ me, probably cheaper than supps too. i just make sure that my eating has been good throughout the day...

    check out ergo pharm AMP, it gets me going even on those lazy hung over days. if two pills dont do it try four. its like an amphetamine!

    amp is good i use that..

    i also use amplify 02 as a preworkout..

    love them both..

    There's a new supp called SMASH.. I like it and it tastes great. It has CEE and a whole bunch of NO2 and caffeine

    I recommend VPX Redline in the AM to get you going. For your pre PM workout, I HIGHLY recommend VPX NO Shotgun - it has a serving of Redline in addition to BCAA's, creatine (CEE & monohydrate), and NO. The pumps it delivers are INSANE!!

    Gaspari Super Pump 250 will definitely get you goin.. I can't lift without it now. But follow the directions carefully first time I took it I took the max dose and felt like i was gonna have a heart attack i was so speeded up plus you get some sick muscle tearing pumps

    i liked the preworkout drink Extend. it taste like shit but gave me a bunch of energy
