ephedra is awesome to use. It works on both alpha and beta receptors, so it pumps you up and it also stimulates lipolysis from fat cells.

I like it...seems to work well. I create my own stack using Ephedrine, Caffeine, and Aspirin. I use 16-24mg of Epherdrine along with 200mgs caffeine, and 80mg aspirin (daily dose aspirin). I use this once or twice per day to increase metabolism. It also gives you a nice boost in the morning.

6 weeks is probably a good length of time. It is not a magic pill man...you still need to watch the diet and keep up your training. From what I have read recently (and as far as I understand), it increases calorie burning by 200cals per day off the top. Technically (all things staying the same) you would lose about 1 pound of fat every 2 weeks. If you combine this with a proper clean diet and solid training routine you can probably burn more fat.

What is your BF% at 198lbs? Are you training?

EDIT: I would use it 5 days on, 2 days off and I never use it in the evening as it affects my sleep.

Bf is about 25-30% I was about 17-20% but I fvcked up..

Well, do not be too hard on yourself..everyone drops off from time to time. Ephedrine is not magic, but it can help and the boost it gives can be a really pick up to get you in the gym. Do not go overboard...it is a powerful compound and the reason it has fallen under scrutiny is that people abuse it and take TOO much. It boosts your internal body temp slightly and increases heart rate. The chemical/synthetic versions are easier on your system than the herbal versions in my opinion...apparently your body can process the chemical versions faster than the herbal.

Also, if can cause your prostate to swell a little while you are on it (for a couple of hours) and you may notice this as well...it has never been an issue for me personally, just something I have read.

Hmmm..I get mine really cheap through a bud in a vitamin store. In Canada Ephedrine is still legal to sell in 8mg strength as a "decongestant". The sticker on my bottle says $7.95 (CDN), but I payed a lot less...so much less that I actually asked my bud if he made a mistake...I have no idea if you can get it in the US still or not. Mine is by "Perfect Nutrition" and is called Ephedrine HCL.

You cant get it in the US anywere, I think you can get it from online pharmacy's though. I dont know what the regulations are on it if your caught with it.

I always did a three month cycle with it. However I only need 20 mg to get me going which is one pill. And I only take it when I workout as I already have pretty low BF.

If your going to work out take it 30 min prior to exercise if you dont and take it and work out like 2 hrs later it will have a negative impact on your workout, same as caffeine. Also never take it on a really hot day when you know you will be out doors for a long time. It dihydrates you slightly and its also a vasoconstrictor of the peripheral blood vessels. So you will have a harder time disipating heat. It works on the same mechanism that controlles flight or fight adrenaline response.

Do the ECY stack...25 mg of ephedrine, 200 mg of vivarin (caffeine) and take Yohimbe....get vasapro and but the other two seperate..dont exceed 100mg of epehdrine a day and start smaller doeses and increase within that 6 week period....stick to a low carb high protein diet around 2000 calories a day with 30 mins of cardio daily, its what worked best for me to lose major BF quickly....

take ur first does as soon as soon as u wake up, then ur next dose prior to workout (30 mins) then ur last dose before evening dinner, try not to take it too late though and get plenty of sleep, its in ur sleep where ur fat is burned!!! with three doses during the day u intake 75mg of ephedrine which shoudl be plenty to burn fat, if u want u can go up to 100mg of epehdrine but going over 100mg is risky man.
