Grape Seed Extract, Better than Vit C???

I have been reading that it has a lot more antioxidants than any other natural source including Vitamin C. I am thinking about using it.

Does anybody know anything about it?

Anybody use it here, orally that is?

Very very good Anti-oxidant. I wouldn't say that is replaces Vit C as VIt C serves many purposes, but as far as Anti-Oxidants go GSE is very very good.

Is this the same as eating grapes?

Is there a difference between grape seed extract, seedless grapes, and regualr grapes?

Well anytime you can get an extract that obvisouly means you're getting far more than you could ingest by eating the fruit.

Very good supp IMO and rather cheap too.
