    What exactly does it do besides fat loss? and does it help with fat loss for those that have taken it

    I always take ALA with my PPWO meal, what does it do? Well it helps control (lower) insulin spikes and shuttles the carbs into your muscles to help replinish your glycogen stores.

    Hell at least thats how i understand it..
