    NITRIX and girls

    I gave my gf a bag of nitrix and told her to eat 4-6 a day. She is using it to help her swim and she loves it. Then I asked her if I could have a few, when she found out that i use it she started getting scard and saying its gona make her all "Bulk Nasty" like me.Would somebody please say that using nitrix and swiming are not gona make her ger big. I will show her this thread in a lil while

    typically women need additional amounts of test to build any real muscle, and 3000-4000 cals a day..

    so you will not under any imagination get big and bulky..

    you have to eat a ridiculous amount of clean quality food to get big. you also have to lift weights, heavy weights
