    Talking creatine vs. sex drive

    I just read a thread that a doctor told him that creatine lowers your sex drive/ability to get an erection. has anyone else heard this? is it true?

    Sorry to say, your doctor is a complete dumbass!!! You need to find someone from this century that actually knows something about supplements!!! Creatine should play absolutely no role in your sex drive for it affects no hormones in the body! It enters your muscles cells and bind to a phosphate to increase your CP (creatine phosphate) pool whick is called upon and utilized during muscluar contraction to regenerate ATP!! So that has to do with hormone production/interaction in what way?? It doesn't and the University that I am from has done mulitple studies on creatine and it is beneficial in all the studies...plus there is no age limit!!!
