b12 question

i have a bottle of b12 i didnt buy it it was free. i have never really considered using b12 before. if i were to take it how and when should i use it? i am currently off cycle and dont plan on getting back on until about march. i read alot saying it is crap, but i got it here and dont want to just throw it away. what if i did it now off cycle, its not gonna shut me down or anything like that is it?

wont' shut you down at all, it is a vitamin not a steroid . some say it increases appitite and energy, I didn't really feel much from it

if it's a liquid injectable b12 then take 1cc a day for appitite increaser you'll get a 100% benefit with the injectable...with the pills you only get 1% from it the rest is pee'd out.

retforvit-b is still available in mexico but it's a 50/50 guess if you get a good batch or a bad batch.

you can get the liquid version from a tracter and feed store for super cheap no questines asked.
