Protein Bars
I've read alot that protein bars are junk. Is this true.. I used them as in between meals when in a hurry and as a sweet substitute sometime. I like the ones from muscletech..am i getting anything out of these or just paying for thier advertising..thanks for the help

most of them are garbage, they're loaded with sugar. you can find good one though, just check the macros on them.

they are crap full of saturated fats, crap protein etc..
if any thing make ur own with pb oats whey.. i have a few recipeces but IMO i wouldnt use them. to be honest the best way is to pre pack ur meal the night b4 takes me about 20-30 min to do 5 meals for work...

just look on the ingrediants...make sure the protein is whey not soy. check the saturated fats and stuff like that.

once in a while is fine... I wouldn't eat them everyday imo

Why not just make your own with Oats, PB, Protein powder etc.. Atleast you know what's actually in it.
