your thoughts on supplements
i have come to the conclusion that alot of the ones i take work like glutamine, bcaa's, etc but there just too expensive for what there worth...
since i am on more of a budget now i will just stick with these...
whey
multi
vit c
digestive enzymes
flax
glucosamine/chrondriotin
and some CEE when i use creatine again
........there all relatively cheap, but worth the money IMO

whey- good stuff
multi- good stuff
vit c- good stuff
digestive enzymes- i don't think you really need these if you encorporate veggies/fiber in your diet..
flax- good stuff..
glucosamine/chrondriotin- i dont use it but other do.. Alot of stretching pre, during post workout helps me..
BCAA's are great imo

some supps are incredible, really drug like or close enough
while others are pure marketing......hence mostly placebo
