    Whey Protein Question

Ok well I’m tired of choking down nasty protein drinks, so I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for some proteins. This is where I run into trouble. I am lactose intolerant, so the protein can’t have it in it and I have to mix with water. Thanks for the help.

i actually don't mind it at all. i use a food processor to grind them up real fine... makes the shake a little grainy but its a helluva lot easier than eating them.
