Just wondering how stable BCAAs are when they are mixed with water... for example if i were to mix 5-10g of BCAAs with water at 8am while leaving the house will they still be as potent at 5pm when I take them before I work out? any info on this would be appreciated.
they are pretty stable but you give bacteria a carbon source like that and you are bound to get some bacterial growth
But I guess if its in the fridge its fine, sorry Im a tard. hahaha
why would you wait so long? i take mine in a little plastic container and the waterin a separate container so when its time, just thrown in ice, aminos, and BAM! drink up
just mix it right before you take it...
