yet another b-12 question...sorry guys . well heres the question, is it ok to shoot b12 ED at 1cc? also whens the best time to take it? can i take it right before a workout and get the extra boost? help is appreciated as always

to the best of my knowledge you can shoot almost as much of it as you want because it is a water soluble vitamin meaning its not stored in the body, and is easily cleaned out of the body. I wouldnt shoot like 40cc of b12 but when i used it i shot 2cc every day. i used delts and tris. i dont think time matters. you have to be carefull about overinjesting fat soluble vitamins because your body will store them and you can reach very toxic levels
